I've got a Street Justice/Electric Armor brute and am curious if I have too much going for accuracy and if slots could be better put elsewhere? I'm capped in S/L/E/F/C resists and pretty good on my Neg/Psi as well. Soft-capped to melee too. Anything helps! Hyperstrike Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 There is no "Kill, like OVERKILL." There is no "Overkill". There is merely "Kill" were ever-greater confidence levels. I MIGHT consider going Cardiac. While you lose cap on S/L/F/C, it's by 1.2%, you have the Scaling Damage Resist Unique. You'll still spend most of your time at 90%. If you want to be godlike, pick anything. If you want to be GOD, pick a TANK!

Zylli Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 Yes, you went overboard with accuracy. In Pines, go to options -> config, exemping and base vaules, set base tohit to 48%. That will result in all calculations being made as if you are level 50+1 fighting against 54s. The tooltips should then be accurately showing your chance to hit, with anything over 95% being wasted against normal enemies.
