One of my favorite characters I’ve ever made, Mighty Lad. First pic is the Krea enhanced game screenshot, which I then used as the basis for Google Gemini with the prompt “Create an action picture using this character” and then changed the various details.

Not superhero but I liked it. I couldn’t get Google Gemini to not include the reflection of the vampire so I erased it afterward.

I was curious what Google Gemini would do with non-superhero stuff, so I picked a supernatural stallion I made with Bing and a photo of one of my dogs. Pretty impressive all around. Check out the photo of Odin it generated above the figurine on the shelf. Edit: I did not tell it to add the word “Embersteed”. No idea where that came from, but it’s cool. And a little scary.

Made a new Vilda with Bing, then ported it to Gemini. This is cool.

OMG - if they aren’t thinking about ways to 3D print these things as an extension of this then they’re leaving money on the table. Bamboom came out looking like “Bam-boobs” so I found the next best isolated character, my former CoH hero Mighty Lad who I’ve now turned into Mighty Man. Google Gemini, prompt: create a 1/7 scale commercialized figurine of the characters in the picture, in a realistic style, in a real environment. Next to the figurine is a toy packaging box with a single two-dimensional flat illustration of the figurine on the front of the box with the words “Mighty Lad” and “Mighty Man”

Turning some AI pics into 3D stereograms using https://immersity.ai (https://app.immersity.ai/upload). They have watermarks because I was using the free preview. Update 5 years later… The Witcher 4 - UE 5.6 Tech Demo | State of Unreal 2025 https://youtu.be/FJtF3wzPSrY This thing is really getting impressive. Not just for games but also movies and TV series. In my ideal version of City of Heroes 2.0 we’d be able to toggle the appearance between various presets, like “fully realistic” or “Bruce Timm” or “manga” or whatever, and I can imagine that sort of thing would be easier with how efficient UE is becoming. More work up front for the designers, of course, but that would be cool.
