1) New content at all levels. I don't want to have to learn a new version of the game (the incarnate system) past level 50 in order to continue to enjoy myself. I'm sure that this was initially set in place as an advancement hobble under the original subscription system to force people to take longer (pay more) to advance. 2) How about allowing multiple costume selections from the same detail list, if the model can handle it. If there are a Detail 1, Detail 2 and Detail 3 available to the head of the model, allow 3 TOTAL details selectable, regardless of what sublist they're on.

It's definitely an "eye of the beholder" thing, as you suggest. Take Superman, for example: Natural - All Kryptonians have the same potential superpowers, given the same environment; Science - It's the radiation of a yellow sun that gives Kryptonians their powers; Technology - It takes a space vessel to transport a Kryptonian to an environment where powers manifest; The only difference, in CoH, is how you would roleplay the character.

Character names linked to accounts, as opposed to there being only one unique name per server, AND Absolute Freedom in choosing powers (PvP would still be AT-only). More costume options are always nice.

Add whether or not the servers are actually open to players, as opposed to just being open to staff testers.

I cannot speak to it buffing Fly speed, but it does buff Hover speed when toggled and the spacebar is pressed. I use it regularly on all of my toons until such time as I can justify taking Fly.
