You can save some time by having a 2nd person stay at the contact to start and end it. They still get credit despite not entering the mission.

Yes that is how it works. If the 1st badge needs 250k and the 2nd badge is 500k then you will already be half way to the next.

I do not recall anyone using the first mission for damage taken badges, only the damage dealt. A later mission in that arc seems to be popular, the one where you fight Trapdoor. You can use rest then pop a full tray of break frees to then move into the lava. Alternatively you can find a mission with a 2-3 weak minions like CoT guides and just rest infront of them.

The Do-Gooder badge (Praetorian heal 250k badge) will not track. The site has it as Do Gooder, without the dash which might be the issue.

You can just repeat the Ouroboros story arc by doing the 'Ouroboros Initiation' arc in the level 50 bracket when clicking the aspect of the pillar.

Last mission of Mender silos arc is good for the signature villains, defeat the 6 EBs then reset the mission. I have heard that doing who will die part 4 in Brickstown as a hero/vig easily gets you the bloody hands badge which is is blue version of the hero slayer badge
