Ran into something like this yesterday. A returning player joined a PI council team and complained a lot about being "Power Levelled"
I think maybe such teams shouldn't indiscriminately recruit "Any Level" like they tend to on Everlasting. Not right now with so many returners and newer players.

You have discovered a singularly annoying issue. That has been around forever. Welcome to Redside. 🤣
Yeah Longbow Singularities are worse

This is completely opposite my experience (and apparently the experience of @Haijinx as well). You cap F/C/E/N defense on Bio and cap S/L resist. For the most part you are good, but for when things get nasty you have three click powers--a heal, a shield, and a regen/recovery boost--which, used appropriately, make you incredibly sturdy.
Bio is widely considered the best defensive set in the game, with many considering it to be overpowered. Granted, that is best for all that it does, not for being the absolute toughest--but Invulnerability and Stone do not do a lot of the things Bio does. Rad almost never gets spoken of in those terms.
I was thinking more Bio vs Rad on Scrapper. At least Brutes can get 90% S/L resist which is pretty valuable for a lot of encounters.
But Bio on Tankers - well they get all the upside and the downsides are basically barely noticed with their def/res values

Scrapper might be fine for Bio (though S/L being capped at 75% on resistances will hurt as Bio relies on S/L resistance and defense for everything else), but for Rad, Scapper strikes me as an inferior choice to Brute and Tanker as goes survival, with Tanker obviously being king of that hill. As goes Bio, you might be able to reasonably pull of living in Offensive Stance with Bio though whereas on a Brute, I would probably suggest Efficient (at least until Incarnates).
Well true, on a Scrapper it might be easier to go with a defense based Secondary, where they more directly can have Brute like Survivability.
Tanker is probably best for Bio since its not the sturdiest set in the game, while Tankers get ATOs, base numbers and Pool base numbers that fix that easily.

I'd go Scrapper or Tanker at this point, so you don't inadvertently join the chorus of "Brutes need buffs" crowd.
Not that they don't have a point. But who wants that to deal with for their completionist type character?
-
I never click anything. Unless someone says, "We need someone to click X"
That way Its never my fault and I can just scrapper or fury lock from one group to the next kicking or punching or slicing whatever.
-
I think that perhaps if you had only played Fallout 3 and 4 this series probably would really click as "Fallout"
The thing is it only feels like a slice of Fallout to me having followed it since Wasteland. Though compared to most recent adaptions of all types it's definitely better than most.

I'm sure @Rudra can speak for themselves, but I believe it's the "please stop helping" kind of mindset, where they do not want any outside assistance, whether it be free XP or anything else...
I suppose you could turn off xp for a couple of hours to compensate

Doesn't it have a long cooldown like 10 minutes or something? You can't really spam it if you have multiple charges.
I guess if you are leveling that fast it's probably not getting in the way.
-
You can probably use this up easily. Since all patrol xp past the level is lost.
Just keep using it till it's out of charges, and instead of 2.5 levels of patrol xp, you'll get <=1

Melee attacks murder them before they murder you.
Still they can't survive stuff scrappers, brutes, stalkers and Sents can - they are damage specialists not generalists like those others.

ZOMBIE Clowns! *runs away in fear!*

I turn off all chat bubbles at level 1

Tanker Ninjitsu
But yeah Brutes should have it also.

For a usual melee set
4 ST attacks
2 melee AOEs
Past that and all my slots end up used up.
With 6 you can just use purple sets for everything.
A proc build would look different of course

What do you think is in Enriche, Rusty?

It looks like a Fire/Fire Tanker could be something awesome
Which is irony since in the early days it was kind of the defacto Scranker choice

They should. So instead of the native 30º it ought to be 45º.
That almost brings it up to just being bad

I still haven’t ran an SR Tanker yet, but I know @Linea talked about how amazing it is if piloted correctly.
Are there any specific primaries you feel pair best with SR?
I ran SR/SS, and SR/Claws
The claws was nicer on the blue bar. I imagine Savage would be also.

Never mind its the most slot friendly Tanker Armor set.
You need like four uniques and thats it, its rocking
With tons of room for LOTG
