Oh no I don't :). That DD on a train drawing I did before the topic Shield came up in the previous thread. I have to say though.. I find the amount of topics a little... much (I can't find the right word)? It feels like we have more topics then drawings. Can't we just.. draw something CoX related in 5 minutes instead? Or maybe make the "come up with a new topic" thing optional? I notice it's keeping me back a bit. I'm like, sure I'll draw something, but then I realize I have to come up with a new topic too and I'm like "ugh".

Hah! I forgot about this one. I made this for a little Birthday Give Away I held back in 2017. I wanted Darth Delicious to "present" it. I guess this is a bit of a Throw back Thursday then!

Couldn't have done it without you! Or maybe it would have taken me a hell of a lot longer to get where I'm now 😛. Onward to decades of art! I'll start right away 😄 So I've been trying on and off to train myself doing a less realistic drawing style. It's really hard for me because it's so easy to go back to realism. It's kind of like driving the same route for years and years, but suddenly you have to turn right, where you always went left. 😧 I gathered the references that were put in the Art Request Thread so I had a couple of practice pieces for when I finished an online course (it was more a "here are some tips and tricks" kind of thing) I was doing. I started with Chernobyl Dawn for @ZemyaSoldat: (I spend quite some time on the eyes (I can't seem to stop myself from that haha), so I made a version without the visors too: I then focused on the handsome Edmund Templeton for @Flashtoo and half-cat Lithium for @_Kai_ : I drew Brahn Fuhrnos for @Christopher Robin after Edmund, but I got compelled to color it too, so I'm displaying both the drawing and the colored version side by side 🙂 . And currently, aside another truck commission, I'm working on a little something for myself (didn't want to exclude my own characters after all 😛). - to be continued!

Welcome in this little corner of Arts by me! Darthy is short for Darth Delicious, though in real life I go by the name of Finnean (Finn) and I'll sign my art with that too. So I thought I'd share some of my work. (the rest you can see on my Deviant Art Page) The last CoH related drawing I did was back in 2017, a double portrait of my own two mains Mysterious Mike and Darth Delicious: I made them both look a bit older (though that was a lot easier with Mike), because well, time did pass, didn't it. 😮 I'm pretty proud of this one actually. I mean.. look at the stuff I did back in 2008, when I just picked up drawing again *giggles*. Feedback and practice people, it can work really well for you if you give it a fair chance ^_^. Here are some more CoH related pieces I did up to 2017. I'll be sharing new stuff in new posts 🙂 .

I may have cheated by not using a traditional pencil, but I used my digital one as if it was (just as the eraser), so everything is still by hand 🙂 But for the Martial Arts topic, I give you a Tsoo doing a high kick. New topic: Nature!

I will honestly say... I don't speak meme. As in I hardly ever get the reference or even if that's what you're supposed to do with memes. (also a lot of 'm contain USA politicians and as a Dutch citizen who barely knows her own Parliament... if there are refs intended... I won't get it) I usually do get the facial expressions or the body language the person on the meme is showing, though. So for me in this case... the words in the meme apply! "Nailed it!" ^_^

All I know is that this actor played a part in Brooklyn99 in some later seasons...

Teeeheee, glad you like this CR! I was trying to be bold with colors, as I usually stay on the safe side. ^_^ Hah, as for commissions, I have one more truck to draw (yes people... I seem to be drawing trucks now O.O) while practice some more coloring during breaks. Then I'll focus on CoH commissions again 😉 Chernobyl is being spoiled! So awesome to see different awesome coloring renditions indeed!

I do adore chibi DD who forgot her mask! ^_^ This turned out to be an awesome art trade haha. I have one more tip/trick to add to CR's feedback. One I use all the time. I try to find an image that has the light source in the same-ish corner as the drawing has and use that as a reference for shading. 🙂

I commissioned @Flashtooto draw my character Mysterious Mike *giggles*. When I saw the first preview, oh boy did it make me laugh (that sure was one heck of a thing to wake up to), because I rarely get to see Mike this happy 😄 . Such an awesome surprise! With approval, I applied some coloring.
