I'll try shifting the portal around a bit, thanks all for the responses!

I'm having an intermittent problem with the entrance portal to a particular base. Players will spawn inside the portal ring, unable to leave it's border unless they click it to leave, or have edit access. Sometimes if they leave and reenter the base they are trapped again, sometimes not. If the can enter edit mode they can walk out of the portal and turn edit mode off to escape. This is only happening in one base, even though the entry way is similar to others, just a portal in the middle of a small room.

There might be an upper limit to how many beacons one telepad can use. I typically use 3 in my bases to cover all the beacons. Have you tried making a new telepad in a different area, or are you trying to add more beacons to your existing ones?

**<Visions of Tomorrow>** We are a casual and new player friendly, growing Super Group actively recruiting heroes of all ATs and levels. Founded by two old school veterans about 4 months ago. SG features: fully kitted base with teleporters, NPCs, crafting tables, storage and plenty of eye candy. Coalition with a large SG, Overwatch, with whom we share members. The Overwatch base is pretty rad as well and membership grants you access to both. They also run the Discord channel. <VoT> has a full range of players, from beginners, newly returning veterans, farmers, auctioneers and story arc runners. We are a small group, on average 3 to 5 on at any time, but active and interested in making this a fun experience for anyone who's on. If you're a new or casual player without an SG yet, or just want a home for your newest level 50, Visions has a place for you.

I've been on HC for a couple months and just realized I haven't checked in here. I was @Baryonic Cell, rad/rad defender, Kuroi Kokoro, katana scrapper, Ubiquity, a grav/emp troller and HexapWint, electric blaster. I rerolled Bary on Indomitable, slowly working thru the 40s now and remembering how much fun rad rad is at high levels. My global now is @Lens Perchance who is a pistol blaster but I don't play him much. Just was the first toon I rolled here and it's a better global name. I remember Texas Longhorne, I think everyone knew him. Hamster's SG was Fist of Justice IIRC. There's a toon on Indom called AngryHamster, but he refuses to confirm/deny it's him. When I asked tho, he *flipped a table* so I think it is 😉

I was going to suggest Rad/Rad, it's a fun AoE build, especially at 50. However, Atomic Waterslide is too good a name to pass up. Maybe his origin story could tie in with the Fukushima Daiichi reactor disaster, perhaps one of the brave scientists who rushed in shortly after the breach in order to contain it.

Indomitable server, the <Visions of Tomorrow> Super Group base. Passcode: VISIONS-5129 ***** Visions of Tomorrow is a low-key, casual SG founded by two players who used to team up back in the launch days. VoT is allied with the much more active SG <Overwatch> and some members have characters in both groups. The idea behind the design is that VoT is a smaller, less high-profile group that probably wouldn't have an extravagant facility. The space is large, but also used as a dorm or a weekend retreat as well as a meeting and workplace. The theme is a pastiche of arcane, tech and industrial styles that includes a gaming area, hot tub, dorms and a large restroom in addition to crafting and conference spaces as well as a parking garage and a set of teleporter rooms accessible quickly by a special portal at the entrance. This is the base I learned the editor on, I never had the opportunity to build back when these things cost prestige and could be raided 😆 It's been a lot of fun creating this, all comments are welcome, I know there.is more yet to learn. I've seen some amazing bases, and while this one might not feature some stunning design concept I still find myself wandering around in it after I'm tired of running missions, looking for spots to work on.

One of the few concepts the character creator doesn't do real well, but I think I pulled it off. I saw a few SG's recruiting, but wasn't sure which one to look for. Ended up running DFB and putting a few levels on him. If you want to see a base I made, the <Visions of Tomorrow> base on Indomitable is open to visitors with the passcode VISIONS-5129. It's a hybrid theme, part tech, arcane and industrial. It includes a gaming area, hot tub, restrooms, dormitories and a large area with with crafting and conference tables and a parking garage. The other base I made is an under-mountain stronghold for an all Dwarven SG I joined. That one is mostly arcane, with a little tech and industrial details. The crew wanted a 'Mines of Moria' look with lots of pillars. There's also a mystical canal area, with rooms connected by water. It's still needs some refinement. I can check with the leader and see if they want to release a passcode for it.
