  1. I have that IO slotted in Hand Clap on a couple of my SS tanks and it is extermely satisfying! Maybe it's just me but nothing makes you feel powerful like knocking an entire mob on their kiesters!
  2. I would personally go SR based solely on the synergy with DM's tohit debuffs.

I haven't read the entire thread so I am unsure if this has been suggested but why not reduce the duration of the -Def to the point where any incoming damage during that time can be mitigated by the KB/KD in a Hand Clap-Foot Stomp combo? It seems to me that managing the crash shouldn't be all that difficult in a set so heavily loaded down with KD. Hand Clap to put the whole mob on the kiesters and have them stumbling around for a bit and then concentrate on the heavy hitters in the group with Punch, Haymaker and KO Blow to keep them off their feet.
  5. I have a low level Psi/Ninja scraper and I am digging Psionic Melee so far but I would love to see an option added where the psi blades are used for all of the actual attacks in the set.
  6. Titan Weapons is something that I was asking for, specific to tankers, years ago when the game was live. Not specifically the giant weapons but a power set that is more representative of "active tanking". Why is the tanker the most dangerous one in the room? Because he or she will take on 3 or 4 of the enemy in one blow! Taunt becomes a tool for pulling stragglers off of team members rather than a core ability. Sure Titan Weapons is a bit slow in the lower levels but the Momentum mechanic along with a mindful attack string helps with that.
  7. Based on your requirements I would put in a vote for Inv/Stone. Decent damage and great crowd control via knockdown. Things get especially fun when you add Earth Mastery!
