Wouldn’t it be for the addition of a “prologue” ? I had the same problem, “completed 15 out of 16” and didn’t understand what I was missing, until I discovered the presence of a prologue story arc, in Ouroboros flashbacks. When I followed the missions the usual way (without Ouroboros), I never had any prologue. I just did it and got the accolade.

Nice sturdy collections that you have. As for me, I just collected my one thousand and first badge. In less than one thousand and one nights ! I believe I had less than that on live CoH, but, then, it took much more time.

Mongoose : on the west coast of Mercy Island, there is a building with a chimney, on its hot roof, at least during day, snakes sleep in packs of three, just waiting for you to prepare snake sashimi. One or two cleanings of the roof should net you the badge. (Location : 171, 129, -1710.)

Thanks for all the information! I got the badge at the location given by Sealdy. And I saw there is some kind of device, vaguely like an antenna, outside zone limits, but well visible, supposedly sustaining the force field, at proximity of the badge location. Maybe the other locations are around same devices?

Torchbearer seems to be online. [P.S.] Well, two servers online, but not open. Stability testing, they say. =)

It’s not just you. There is (was) a server maintenance and a fix. You can read a bit about it in this thread, in the announcements forum where one can find this sort of information. It seems there was a red banner in the forums a while ago announcing it, and probably the same sort of thing in game, but I didn’t see it.
