  1. From what I understand, defenders can easily soft cap Def. Is it possible for corruptors to do the same without it being a major pain?

    Elec/?

I appreciate the feedback above. I am curious though about other pairings as well
  3. That's a great question! What is the discord info?
  4. You could always help someone with a project
  5. I can put something together and be ready on Sunday. I have a few questions I'd you don't mind: Is there a minimum level? Are corruptors better than defenders in this case (I don't necessarily have a preference. I'm just asking). Are guys asking for both the primary and secondary to be electric?
  6. You could check with your SG and give some out according to need.
  7. Please tell me you're doing this again. If so, I DEFINITELY want in! Any opinions on what AT or power matches best with EA?
  8. Does time keep them alive sufficiently to protect against a huge dps drop?
  9. I want to make a mastermind for an event this Friday, and I'm down to bots or ninjas (I know that demons and thugs are supposed to do really well, but they're not appealing to me. For boys I was thinking 1. Thermal because ii's got a good mix of shields and heals with a couple of debuffs thrown in. 2. Force field because nothing will hardly ever die (though it might get boring 3. Rad because debuffs would help things doe faster and there's a heal as well. For Ninjas, I really don't know. I hear they're super squishy (which makes no sense). Their damage is supposed to be pretty decent (from what o hear anyway), so I wonder if there's a way to shore up their squishiness to make them a good overall choice. Thoughts?

  11. 2 questions: 1. Where do you meet up to start? 2. Is there a minimum starting level?

    Super Teams

I miss forming Super Teams on Live and running through content. By looking at all of the server-specific pages, it appears Excelsior is the only server that does much of it any more. Are there plans for any new ones in the future? I was thinking about a Rad/Sonic team ( I think stacking all of those debuffs would essentially melt anything). I'm free after 5PM (PST) M-Wed, and until 9PM on the weekends.
  13. I'm looking for an active SG that also has an active Discord presence by voice (getting to know the people you team with makes the experience a lot more fun I think). I don't have crazy powerful toons, but I am on most days, and am happy to help out and join in on TF's, missions, and such.
  14. I'm looking at making either a FF or Sonic Shielding defender. Since those are more passive in nature, what secondary will give me the most bang for my buck?
  15. Well that f****** sucks. That's the hallmark of kinetics to begin with.
  16. What about Ninja/Storm?
  17. Is it true that Speed Boost doesn't work to improve the recharge rate of your pets' abilities?
  18. This sounds interesting. Please send out another email closer to the event for those of us who are good at forgetting such things. Lol
  19. I have an empath/sonic at 27 currently. Feel free to reach out to "Medibot 5000," for a lift. I can't guarantee he'll always be available, but he'll be happy to help when he can.
  20. I can only choose one of the above for my DP/SR Sentinel. Any thoughts as to which is better (or better for certain situations anyway)?
  21. You're right. I'm an idiot. Lol
  22. I'm working on a sentinel to fight my theme of a natural-bases crime fighter, and I *think* I've landed on DP/Nin for a few reasons: 1. DP is the only thing aside from AR, Archery, or beam rifle (I admit to some curiosity about BR, but may save that for another build). 2. Nin has a stealth component (important for solo I would think), helps with a faster run speed (important because I won't have a travel power beyond jets/jump packs), and gives me options if bad guys get too close. I still have a lot of questions though: 1. I know some don't like the mechanics of DP. Is that more of a stylistic issue, or does it affect gameplay? Does it have any advantage(s) over beam rifle? 2. What in DP/Nin is skippable? 3. Are the melee attacks in Nin worth taking? 4. Would SR be a better choice for a secondary? My concern would be basically having to take everything from SR, and also how to overcome the endurance problem (without spending a billion ai might add). Thanks all
