What I meant is, you have slotted Zephyr in Fly, is it necessary to boost Knockback protection up to 14? Why not Slow Resis?

GIve this a shot, it caps everything but Cold - which doesnt exist much in the game and also nearly softcaps melee defense..

 

It also has really good damage output - debuffs - regen - and end management.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm criticizing, but I wish to understand:

 

Why is Punch not taken? Dmg and recharge not as good as Jab?

Am I correct to say that Taunt is not taken because we already have Beta Decay?

Hand Clap and Hurl are not taken because they are range, and we want to focus on melee?

Hover and Afterburner are mules for LotG, but do we need additional Knockback on Fly?

Is Kick's Change of Recharge only for Kick, or for all powers?

Is Focused Accuracy mainly for mule for Gaussian, or is it an actually useful power to use/have?

What if contacts only give missions to the right Origin?

 

**But** Ouro allows all missions to be played regardless of Origin.

 

So in the long run, you don't miss out, but in the short run, it makes Origins feel less pointless important.

 

Also you gain exp so fast anyway, you would outlevel some contacts if you have so many people to talk to.

What if Echo always get invaded? Let's say, week one of September, only Galaxy City Echo is invaded by Rikti. Week two, another Echo is invaded by another faction. This continues on until it repeats back at Galaxy City Echo with Rikti.

 

Down side: Invasion events may get too common, and GM will have nothing to throw at us.

a) no one has to use it who doesn't want to

b) likely to be far more contained in impact then using GIant Monster / Zombie Apocolypse levels to all existing mobs

d) you could do street sweeping for XP if you were so inclined, or refuse the exemplar if you want to be incarnate terror blowing up Perez Park.

Assuming I understand Absorption correctly, I still have a question.  Is Absorption acting as underwear (beneath your armor) or coveralls (above it)?  If above, then all 100 points of that attack get subtracted from your Absorption count.  If beneath, your Resistance to that damage type kicks in first.  If you have 30% Resist, then only 70 points get subtracted.  If you lack damage resistance to that damage type, the point is moot, and all 100 points get subtracted no matter the layer.

Also, does it check against natural Def first before Absorption is used?

Is there a mod to replace the graphics of the Inspirations to just numbers (of their tier), some times, the minor size difference of the icon aren't that obvious, particularly blue.
