The animal/beast/monster heads are too small, I just wish they are bigger or size-customisable.

"Teleport to Contact" function
How do you do that?

So in the end, there is no point of having red-side. This not a RvR game, you don't need two factions, Heroes don't need Villains to have fun/resources. Classes are not exclusive. Even if there are ways to convince people to start and stay red, the problem is that they won't be enjoying the game.
HC devs are not full-time devs, we can't expect/request too much. Maybe, change the mission text/NPC dialogue to make it less like you are just a dumb lackey? Change the skybox? Whatever changes HC devs may be capable of, are unlikely to fix the problem which should have been fixed by Cryptic and NCSOFT.

Is there something where the lesser numbers is an advantage? Like 4 Heroes need to complete among themselves for something, whereas 1 Villain can cherry pick because he has more choices.

I actually think that the biggest thing Red Side misses is the social element. Blue side has a place where everyone congregates between content, Atlas Park, where they meet people and mess about. It makes a big difference to me personally.
Red side simply doesn’t have a hangout zone, so you just really go door to door to door to door to door... often by yourself. Then, when you’ve had enough of doors for a bit and want to chill out or relax in-game with others, well you log onto a hero and mess on in Atlas.
This reminds me, the costume contests are held in Atlas Park. How does a low-level red-siders go there? (Sincerely curious, since I have a lv 3-4 there.)

I used to Wormhole mobs into the interior of buildings all the time on Live. I've done it on HC just to see if it still worked, and it does 🙂
Is this why I once saw a lot of troll mobs hanging out at the Steel Canyon tram station?

They are called "Defeat All". No killing required.
I have always read it as "maim, cripple or burn them all".

It will be cool if we can overthrow Recluse and rule Rogue Islands.
Pandora Box Signature Arc for example, on that arc you created organization to go against arachnos maybe you can go from there? How about if we give the Malefactor/Lackey game mechanic a more prominent role. Let players be their own Malefactor masters, allow Lackeys to overthrow their own Malefactor (since Recluse is probably not possible).

One of the biggest stumbling blocks to increasing redside population is going to be... Null the Gull. He's going to be a particular problem if you add more rewards, people will just swap, grab the reward, and come back. (Morality/Alignment missions aren't in the same weight class because they have a cost in time and effort to accomplish the switch.)
If you want to increase redside population, you have to rig the game so that people go there and stay there for a significant amount of time. It's not enough to attract them, you also have to keep them.
With HC's "any barrier higher than a sheet of typing paper is unacceptable" culture, that's going to be difficult to accomplish. Can we play with (Merit) rewards? Is it possible to give higher/better rewards to the side with the least population/losing side?

I just think if you could create a villain and start in Kings Row, they would be much more popular. Even if the only ‘villain content’ was paper missions and mayhem missions.
In my mind, Kings Row is the Gotham just as Atlas Park is the Metropolis. KR has the potential for low-level evil to grow.

I am not a fan of the outsized boots, and they don't really work with the rest of my costumes, which tend to be relatively sleek.
I have made a slick cyborg/robot, one of her outfits is her wearing oversized/baggy clothes/gloves/boots to hide her mechanical parts.

I don't hate the monstrous bipedal legs, they look off, and are too long and too thick (while the feet are too tiny in comparison). I have difficulty using them.

When I first joined, I thought my first character will be my Main, created based on a manga superhero. But visually and power-wise didn't match my mental-image of her, and as I have no experience with the game, I wasn't satisfied with her battle performance. So I researched, asked, read, and when I thought I know enough, I created a second, which I thought would be my Main (still currently my highest level character at lv 14). Nope, then, came the third, fourth. Now I'm on fifth, I think she's my Main.

I saved a hostage from Circles, he just jumped off the rooftop while I'm busy blasting! Concerned, I float over and peeked over the edge, and saw that he's perfectly fine and ran off without saying a thank. I'd say that any Throne falling over is fine, don't worry about him.

I do not have any issues with server speed, it's just kinda awkward when people yell "Good morning", and I already had my dinner.

I have one tab that is for NPC dialogues, scenes subtitles, system and rewards. Reorganised the default "Global" and "Chat", because some noise are on Chat, and moved some that I think is more related-able to Chat.

Thanks for your kind replies. Happy to learn that it only took me an hour for helpful people to answer my questions. Knowing what is def/resis works too, make it easier for me to choose when I read each skill.

I am lurking around the forums...
#1. What are "AT", "ST", "AV" & "TF" & "PB" & "VEAT"? Saw these two popping up a lot of times, can't figure out what they mean.
#2. What is "soft-capping" a resistance/defence?
#3. I saw that a lot of builds are min/maxing to get the best results. What class is good that I don't have to min/max (because it will trigger my OCD to be the best, and that is not enjoyable, haha), can afford to slip up (in building the char), and do range (because personal preference)? I don't need to be the best, challenge in combat is welcome, useful for solo.
Ninja/Beast Run
in Suggestions & Feedback

For people who just want to be fastest runner and not fly, they have to choose either of these even if it breaks the "character". May I suggest that Ninja/Beast be downgraded to be just a flavour animation with no added speed boost?
