The St. Martial version of Mr. G is definitely the same one as the Praetorian Mr. G, though. During the fall of Praetoria, you save Mr. G (in the Inside Information tip mission). He relocates to Primal Earth and settles in St. Martial, where the events of his (very good) arc there take place.
Yeah, thats a great arc. I love that arc. Did I mention I love that arc? I love that arc!

You know, at some point, I am sure the devs will find a way to drop the challenges on us everyone seems to crave, but can't find yet (short of playing something intentionally neutered), and tanks will have a more central role. At some point!

Add in a bit of ignorance as well as they complained about people killing the anchor of a Rad debuff.
That hasn't been a thing for years. Thank god for that QoL change!

I saw "is this a troll" and immediately thought OH, It Must Be Diantane. (I started on page 4 looking around.) I clicked that page 1 button, and sure enough...
I can confirm that this is how they really think, and it is a hopeless endeavour to try and persuade them of anything else.

Is Agent G Mr G?
Cause thats confusing.

And its not like we don't get new costume pieces (or other things that x server has). We just don't throw out massive amounts.
What we DO get is immensely playtested, validated, tested some more, debugged, and quarantined for 1000 days to prevent spread of lice or other patch born illnesses.
Not sure other places are quite so diligent in their patch hygiene!

But is using Trout Melee as sustainable practice, or will we be depleting the rivers, and depriving fly fishers? At least with Asian Carp Melee we have the satisfaction of removing some of an invasive species from our rivers.
It does not require illicit drugs like Performance Shifter to manage the trout output.

My understanding is that Carp Melee was changed to Trout Melee when it was discovered that a Carp alpha strike did more damage than an empowered EnM single target strike.

It is truly mind-boggling that players forget about these - if they ever knew that p2w had them for sale at an affordable price. I can't recall, but it's less than 100k for 30 of them. To me, it just seems like a simple thing to go to p2w after you come out of the creator - and unless it's a challenge/concept character, buy everything you can afford.
All my characters carry a set of 120 unless they're specifically created for a challenge/concept.
It's not mind-boggling. You conflate players with a mindset of ioallthethings with casuals who either have never used them, don't know about them, or just don't care.
Assume everyone is a casual, and when you get someone on the team less casual, great.
But do not make the mistake made here and expect players to use these kinds of tools because a. they are cheap, b. have an outsized effect, c. happen to be at the same vendor as 2xp.
PUGs are common with non-"pro" casuals that are just in it for the cool Halloween event and (possibly) badges, though the badges being so easy are nice gravy.
Team slogs of 10+ minutes because the team is, you know, a PUG made up of what people want to play and not tailored to killing 1 mob, is a horribly bad game design mistake. This isn't reichsman, where you know going in its gonna be a slog.

Since 98+% of my chars are ladies, looking stylish is definitely high on their concerns as a Super Villain. Who wants to be defeated by The Brown Blob? Even if you are just a bunch of flashy crystals embedded in rock with some auras and whatnot, the Carnival gals can CERTAINLY find a way to glam you with authority and power respective of a true villain.

Tell that to just about every hero who has, at one time or another, been forced to work with Nemesis "for the greater good" or other trope.

willpower, invuln, or rad, coupled to dark melee which pumps out massive -tohit to help build your defenses.

I tested it. The ice cream is worth buying. If only it had gold flakes on top, like that cheese steak from philly.

I recommend replacing port with combat teleport as well.

A vig can do rogue and hero and vig tips, based on location. That is in align at least. The idea is to progress from vig to rogue to vil tips, in that order. vig's migrate to redside, to rogue tips there, continue the move.
You can do whatever tips your team does, but you as an individual are locked to h/vig/r tips until you move to rogue, when it becomes vig/r/v
Pretty simple 🙂

every single one of my chars has totally different ui layout. my troller has a 2x box on top of the 1-3 1x9 boxes that have powers, JUST to see when they rechargE!!!!
Who the heck has a whole box dedicated to powers that are never actually used, but ysed as timers? me man, me. cause powexec_location macros aint got timers.

StJ on scrapper or stalker, on premise that you max out crushing uppercut damage at any time, rather than worrying about fury (yes yes, cue the imalwaysatmaxfury crowd), or pretty bleh aoe on a tank. Dat crushing uppercut tho...

I dont even bother with salvage racks. I did originally, but I found I never used them, so now I just craft when I get stuff, and sell every single one of my 50 recipes, cause those things are _expensive_ to craft based on ROI.

Never have I ever regretted nuking entire zones back when there were no target caps and you could cram a thousand nazis in a dumpster.
I specifically made my (what ended up being my first 50) fire/axe tank to herd all of creys folley into dumpsters for buuuuuuurn to "farm" warwolves.
Dumpster diving is a long lost art.

Sure, you and I know TA is awesome sweet but it doesn't fit OP's definition of healing-maximized defender.
But that is kind of the point of the other 900million posts here, which is that a "healing maximized defender" is a really poor definition of what a defender is, if at all, since even empathy has a huge number of not-heal pieces that _actually_ make it work. Like fortitude, recovery aura, healing aura, clear mind (oh how the blasters love clear mind) for example.

I did something I felt was interesting, at least to the person I did it for.
They were struggling with builds, dont use MRB, and prefer to play over spreadsheet games. My solution was to put something into MRB that was absolute minimum to meet the requested survival characteristics (50+2, general play, shield armor tank), and export it into a long forum post.
This gave them free ability to slot whatever/however in 80% of the build (tons of open slots, random assortment of unused secondary attacks for free pickins), and still maintain the requested level of general toughness. That way, they can learn and tinker and see why some slotting decisions were made.
I thought it was a nice medium between build it for me, and here is mids, have fun,

DA mishs are some of the few that allow the not-leader to complete objectives. Almost all the rest of the content requires the mish leader to perform. This can lead to some silly hijinks like dragging a dead-ish Sorcerer around behind you because the leader cant/wont/doesnt understand to click the dead guy to complete it.
A tank just isn't a tank in this game
