  1. This is just an opinion that Prismatic Aether's might be a little too hard to get, and/or the effects items are commensurately overpriced. Costumes are generally very reasonable, but 250 for a Sepia tone/B&W filter or an aura make getting that extra touch of QoL for a character a bit of a drag, especially for new creations. (Yes, I know about farming. 🙂) So, I'm just suggesting that PAs could maybe be made easier to get and that the higher-end items be made a little cheaper. Cheers!
  2. I'm not sure why anybody would "Down Vote" this post. I'm not asking the current costume be changed, just asking for a separate version to be implemented. If I have asked for something that warrants a "Dislike", I'd appreciate knowing why; I could certainly be wrong in pressing the issue, which is why I hoped for a Dev to weigh in and explain the problems with implementing it, if any. Cheers.
  3. And we still don't have true-form "tiny" body sizes? Even if it means having to use the "immature" Paragon Protector skins, ANYTHING is better than having only the "Funko Pop" Bobblehead as our only choice. PLEASE consider implementing this change, or if it's impossible, at least be so kind as to explain why, if that's the case. We'd really appreciate it.
  4. Please, please, PLEASE let us have true "mini-sized" character costume options fromthe Aether vendors, like the "immature Crey Protectors". It's the closest we can hope for in terms of a "size change" power, and that's fine. The "bobblehead mini" costume is fine for some people, but a lot of us really would prefer a symmetrical miniature build. Thank you!
  5. The first thing I noticed is that Exploration Medals no longer give XP. Seriously, Admins; this is poor management and it is not how to deal with the public. You never, ever, ever take things back that people have gotten used to having. You just don't; it's bad public relations. It's better to flat out say "no" than to take something away, even if you think giving them something else will make up for it. It will not. Once people have something, leave it alone. No matter how trivial it may seem to others, it is not trivial to them.
  6. Is there a way to move SG bases to other servers? Our own player group has about six SG bases, some of them award winners, and we really don't want to have to re-create them. If there was a way for people to transfer their bases as easily as their characters, I think a lot of people would be willing to relocate to other, less-populated servers to lighten the loads. Just a thought...
  7. That would help a little, but the body proportions are off a bit, too. If the Costume Creator could modify those, that might work. But wouldn't it just be easier to put in an option for the "immature Paragon Protector" sized body? It's already correctly proportioned, just small. 🤷‍♂️
  8. Request to the Developers: Some of us would like a "mini" costume which is proportional, rather than the "Funko/bobble head". The immature Paragon Protector clones in the Doc Buzzsaw story arc are an example of the size and physical proportions we'd like to be able to purchase with Prismatic Aethers. Not asking to replace the current mini; we'd just like the option for a more realistic body style. If this is possible, could we please have a Dev weigh in and let us know?
  9. Reviving this thread here in the Suggestions section... Perhaps a Dev could weigh in and let us know if there is a good reason why we can't have proportionally-correct small characters, like the "Mini Paragon Protectors" in the Doc Buzzsaw arc.
  10. EDITED: Constructive criticism had me tweak this adventure; the Arc ID number has therefore changed, as shown below. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you like a deep story AE experience, please consider my game "Sim-City: A Game to Die For" in AE. Arc ID: 54423 Keywords: Challenging, Custom Characters, Mystery Length: Very Long Morality: Heroic (but villains would like it, too) Description: '"GUMSHOE" is the top-rated MMORPG on the AE Network. It's the place to be anyone, do anything, fear nothing, because it's perfectly safe... Until it isn't. Find out who's turning the Happiest Place in Paragon City into a death trap.' NOTE: The written text and dialogue will be important in solving the mystery; take time reading it and PLEASE let me know where I messed it up so I can fix it! And, just for fun, try this adventure in 1930's versions of your characters' costumes to match the period setting. Thanks in advance for giving it a try.

  11. Oh, my friend, you don't know the half of it. Super Speed was nerfed way back in Live with the Galactically Stupid "Travel Power Suppression" nerf. Speaking as the guy who was accused of having invented "Jousting" in this game (and might have), I can tell you that there was a time when you could build a character as a Superspeedster and it played like a 6th Archetype (back when there were only five). Problem was, you had to get good at playing it that way, and people who couldn't be bothered complained that it wasn't fair that there was a powerset which could out-play button-mashing and macros if the player practiced it enough. Ah, well; water under the bridge. At least they raised the Top Speed on it back to the 120+ mph it was way back in Live. They nerfed that, too. In any case, if your complaint is about the change to how Super Speed's Stealth works, well, that's just one more insult to add to the injuries; frankly, I think Jake Emmert played "Villains & Vigilantes" and hated Super Speed in that game, too, so he ordered it nerfed in CoH before he left for greener, slower pastures. 😄 Believe me, the Devs here in Homecoming are doing a better job for us with Superspeedsters and showing us way more consideration than the Live team did. As least here, they actually listen. 🙂
  12. Sounds like something that would make the game, yet again, too easy. Besides, I like the drama of a felled-but-not-defeated minion getting back up as a "spoiler" that has to be dealt with. If that possibility didn't exist, the whole bit with Merry and the Witch King on the Pelennor Fields couldn't have happened. I'd always prefer the game err on the side of drama. 🙂
  13. I would be staggered to see anything happen which might allow players to accumulate more in-game money (Influence/Infamy). For whatever reason, the Devs seem to be fanatically opposed to anyone using the Market as a free market to get in-game rich. God only knows why. (Spare me the rationalizations posing as explanations; I've heard them all before.)
  14. My main quite literally lives (and dies) by his SR pool, and I'm pretty happy with it just as it is. It doesn't feel OP or overly expensive or underpowered. To me, it's one of the few "Goldilocks" sets in the game. Certainly, rather than take any chance it might be nerfed if tweaked, I'd much prefer that it be left alone. Just my two cents.
