  1. Wow! Nice build! Thank you! This certainly looks great! ~B
  2. And, before I forget it, what Judgement suits a Widow? I mean, Vorpal probably, but, maybe Void? ~B
  3. One of the things that still escapes me is how incarnate powers would affect an as-close-as-possible-perma-MindLink build. Agility Paragon? What about the damage of Musculature? Also, I keep seeing how Night Widow is a "cheaper" build as opposed to Fortunata. Okay, but how? I have FINALLY gotten Pines loaded on my machine after completely removing Mids from my computer (since builds would go default Mids and would therefore NOT be able to load anything with Issue 25 set ups on it and glitch out), but my messing around with it just seems... anemic? Anyhoo, I can always get more inf for a build... So, while cheaper would mean playing the NW sooner, adding purples and Hamis would totally be on the table. Anyone have a build they could drop in the forums? I am looking for a jumping off point. Much obliged in advance! ~Beorn
  4. Well, I reckon I can turn villain again and go through the process... Just a bit more work than I had intended, but... What else am I going to do with my time? ~B Well the good news is with Homecoming you can switch alignments instantly (talk to Null the Gull) so at least you don't have to run a ton of alignment missions. Yeah, That is EXACTLY what I did. Saw Null, went villain, did Captain Mako's storyline, got the Patron Pool, took School of sharks, Arctic Blast and Bile Spray and, voila'! 2 more AoEs! Then, saw Null again and was back in Paragon City 2 hours later. Cheers all, I will put the build up when mids/pines doesn't jack up my machine. ~Beorn

  6. So, a build with no Patron Powers (and obviously no Ancillary Pools either). If no Omega either (just not enough bang for the costs), how would one make the stereotypical "tank-mage" that embodies the coolest parts of the AoE god and high resists and defenses? I am trying to come up with something on my own, but... mids' is screwing with my computer, and I cannot seem to cleanse the darn program from my computer while somehow finding Pines' ANYWHERE at the moment. Mind you, my google-Fu is weak. Sifu is ashamed of my prowess... :( ~B
  7. Well, about to try a Hami Raid on Torchbearer... Let's see how it goes... ~B
  8. Okay, so, what do you think? Am I just spending influence to spend influence or am I making a difference with the purples? Cims are the best single target Lore pets, but, do I need that? Also, with the practical perma-haste, do I need recharge Incarnate, or would resists or damage be better? I am REALLY not good with Pines/Mids... ~B
  9. Crazy expensive is right!!! You've got at least a billion of influence in this build. Back in the day, would have cost 2-3 billion. BUT, you CAN farm like a beast on this thing... I am looking for a rad/fire brute build that would be able to be a bit more useful in incarnate trials; this is a sleek build though, no doubt. ~B
  10. Redlynne, what are your thoughts on the Incarnate powers best suited to a Warshade? Much obliged in advance, ~Beorn
  11. I have. And, I will get the numbers for you ASAP. I have LOTS of Alts and as such I can kind of pick and choose as I go, but tossing 60 Incarnate Threads from a new 50 is no small cost. Let me go and see...
  12. Okay! SO, Imagine if you will, 2 Brutes running ALL OVER Paragon City. ONE: A Spines/Fire Brute with all the damage Incarnate powers, except for the Banished Pantheon untouchable, wreaking havoc and a near endless supply of endurance. TWO: A Radiation/Electric Brute with Defensive/Resist Incarnate powers, and the Seer untouchable, ALSO with an inexhaustible endurance pool. FOUR TYPES of constant PBAoE DOTS (spines/fire/radiation/electricity)!!! These two running around just seem to obliterate! I almost never have to use insps, and neither does my buddy. Thank you again for the advice!
  13. Dude! Seriously?!? That would be awesome! My favorite Brutes for end game content are XXX/Electric and Psionic and especially Toxic are their Achilles Heel. Having an all-around defense that would help to curtail those nasty damage types would be great! I am going to look at this right now! ~B
  14. So, for farming Brutes, I reckon that the Banished Pantheon Radial Superior Ally seems best, in that you have a Defiler that, while having no offensive capabilities, it cannot be touched and does a crap ton of defensive abilities. But, for Brutes that are DPS or tanks in things like Incarnate Trials and/or other Content, which ones do you suggest? I never really got into this way back in the day. Thank you in advance, ~Beorn
  15. I seem to recall there was a way, with haste and the right IOs (4-5 Luck of the Gambler recharges, etc.), to have nearly perma-eclipse, 3 essences up at a time, and with proper slotting, an orbiting death that really hurt while not draining the warshade too much... But I cannot find my old mids files. Anyone have any builds (that use prime, mids messes with my newer files apparently [and I cannot seem to remove it]). Thank you, Beorn
  16. Much obliged! ~Beorn
  17. How do you get Mids' to recognize spines? It says on the website that it goes up to issue 23 and spines is an issue 25 thing for brutes... Unless I am totally missing something... ~Beorn
  18. Since Brute cannot seem to even CHOOSE spines in Mids' Hero & Villain Designer, I am having a heck of a time getting it set the way I want it. And I KNOW we get more respecs than in the old days, but if I don't have to keep resetting the build, that would be preferable. So, ideas? Thank you all, ~Beorn/Kommodus/Homicidia/Brophy/Conflagratis/Alt-ad-nauseum
  19. Got it all fixed. Had to delete and reinstall. Now everything works JUST fine. OH MY GOSH HOW I MISSED THIS GAME!!! Beorn/Kommodus
  20. Windows 10 and I still cannot seem to use the tequila. Beorn
  21. here is the second attachment:
  22. Hello everyone! I was so excited when I saw this! I followed the instructions and now tequila and score and everything else are in games on my C drive. However, when I launch "score" I see attachment 1. Now, I updated my drivers just this morning for Nvidia (laptop drivers dated 04/23/2019), and it STILL shows me subsequent attachment 2. It then goes to a slightly compressed screen, the computer reminds me that the optimal resolution for this computer is 1920 x 1080, and then it kicks into smaller resolution followed by 2 quick resolution jumps and then puts me back at final attachment 3. HELP!!!! Thank you (BeornOTNS, a player from beta all the way to server shutdown)
