The absolute most fun and most devastating build I have made is a Dark Melee/Invulnerability Brute that is almost impervious to everything: He's not the most expensive build I have (That would be my human form Warshade), but he's not cheap. I love playing him when I want to solo TFs. Others for fun are Super Strength/Radiation Armor, and for giggles (and 2 teleport-like powers) Electrical Melee/Shield Defense.
  2. I am very fond of my my Dark Melee/Invulnerability Brute. He is damn near indestructible. ~B
  3. My shield/elec tank is virtually indestructible (unless I get HEAVY defense debuffs), but the damage is very lackluster. I was hoping to see a Brute version with some more oomf. ~B
  4. How important is "Swap Ammo" for the Sent build? Just how good are the DoTs or the other effects? Also, I am going with dual pistols, Invul, Ninja (I dig the idea of the Darksaber), and I will use the Cryo Crey pistol and then Pyro Judgement. I THINK that should about do it. Now to get back into Mids and work this thing out.
  5. I have the ice Mastery for the carbonite (as opposed to the flame-thrower stuff). Any way to make this more... cool? Defensive? In keeping with the concept?
  6. As the title suggests, I have a very specialized farming build. And while running through endless fire farms and feeling like a demi-god is fun... it DOES feel, well... endless. I have PvE Tanks, Brutes, Scrappers, Peacebringers, Warshades... But, I want to take THIS toon out into the wild world beyond the walls of the AE Corporation. SO, tl/dr- PLEASE if anyone has a successful PvE build for a Spines/Fire Brute (preferably that would scale well) and wouldn't mind sharing, please drop it down below.   7. I am not sure WHY I did things like 5 purples in brawl (*EDIT- Boxing I mean), but... she does the job well. But she could be better. Any ideas?   9. I am writing this WHILE my Shield Defense/Electric Melee Tank is slowly (oh so slowly), methodically, plodding through one of my favorite Task Forces. But OH MY GOSH THIS IS TAKING FOREVER!!! I love it, but when Cyclops or Minotaurs pop their Unstoppable, it takes forever to take them out, even with red insps, build up, Ion judgement, and a double whammy of Shield Charge and Lightning Rod. ANY help on the best sets (like, Energy/Bio or something) would be eternally appreciated. And, influence/infamy is no object. Thanks all!

  11. Hi folks, Beorn here, and I am really trying to figure out a way to make my single form Warshade, Void-Wolf, better. Some of you might even have seen the YouTube video I did a few years ago about the build, and a little after then Homecoming stopped videos for a while. He is fun to play, but not NEARLY as devastating as some of the builds I have seen in these forums, even though he cost a BOATLOAD of influence.   13. And I am not finding anything. Concept is, Jaguar Shaman from a magical mummification found deep under the Mayan city of Chichen Itza. I see Savage Melee here and there, but not a whole lot of Scrapper Ninjitsu. And, I am thinking scrapper rather than Stalker.   19. It is another targeted AoE and is fun, but yeah spring attack is a bit much. I am a Brute player rather than a scrapper, so, I am not as up on the concept. Thank you so much for the advice!
