Tbh the set looks awful. And if it is like any other of the new power sets made by HC, I can't see it being used much!

@Captain Powerhouse better yet, leave it alone! I and I'm sure many others take dark Mastery soul drain to try get perma soul drain for a consistent damage buff. I, and I'm sure others too use a lot of very useful PBAOE enchantments here that would be in INCREDIBLY jarring to change especially when you rely on them to meet certain goals within your build. The soul version I VERY rarely see people use. Soul Mastery is normal taken for power boost and soul storm! Please just leave soul drain alone. Nobody is asking for these changes.

Tbh possess is a really weird choice as well.

It needs to be 2-3 mins at most tbh. Otherwise it's pointless and will never be chosen.

Ice mastery for def and corr, I'd prefer to see ice block and a shiver like ability. Similar to what scrappers and stalkers got.

@Mezmera the only issue with soul consumption is the 10 min recharge time. Can't see it getting a great deal of use!

Be great to have an alternative to sleet. Can finally go for ill/dark/dark dom!

Torrent will also be great for the ff +rech proc which will help some doms.

Which of the melee ATs is best for ice melee? What secondary pairs well with it?

Giving soul consumption to controllers is a strange move, especially when they already have plenty of options for healing and end recovery. If you were to pair this with Soul Absorption from Dark Affinity, it seems like a strange move. It would be better to give them a ranged aoe attack instead. on Dominators though, this is a great selection. To the point id be stuck with which powers not to take! Ice Mastery for Def & corr, why include build up? Flash Freeze? No, how about Ice Slick? or Frozen Aura? Spirit Drain? ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is an awful idea! Leave Soul Drain alone!!!

My ill/dark/cold is actually a dom. It's my fastest damage dealer

Does anyone have any good recommendations for hard-mode builds? I have a few but none have impressive numbers in pylon tests when compared to controllers and doms.

im working on leveling an ill/dark/cold that is pretty fast in pylon tests. It averages around 135s which is faster than a lot of my controller or corruptor builds.

Ill/dark/cold dom Musculature radial paragon, degenerative core flawless interface, ageless core epiphany, assault radial embodiment. 140.4 secs, 400.94 DPS

Now I might be a bit stupid in this and it might have been mentioned before, but how would you calculate debuff that have been applied to the target or would they just not be taken into account?

not sure if this is the right area of the forum to post this, but can anyone remember how to import builds/enhancements from mids into the beta server?

So I have been reading around and it seems Symph control works well when built for damage more so than control? So i have been trying to create a build that does the following: - Net good damage - high def/res - high global rech not sure on my enhancement choices here but eh. I have a few powers that are just 'set mules' such as Chords of Despair. I'd like to have slot Enfeebling Lullaby for damage - I believe some people have said it is great for it, but I could be wrong. I wanted to try have a solid ST rotation with Hymn of Dissonance > Impassioned Serenade > Ice Blast. As a note - it did take me 04:59:11 mins to take down a rikti pylon - so not great!

Which one has the highest ST damage and AOE (feel like I know the answer to this though, ice then elec respectively) Which yields the highest potential during solo and Hard mode content?
