As you said, popularity "often" follows power, or, in other words, they correlate- and correlation does not imply causation.
Popularity is affected by many factors, with the AT's actual power being only one. If AT popularity is the gauge of viability, the VEATS are clearly all woefully underpowered and need massive buffs immediately.
This data does not show that Brutes make anyone obsolete.
It shows that Brutes were a very popular AT at the time, but the same could be said of Blasters.
What it does show is interesting groupings of preferred ATs (Brute, Blaster, MM, Scrapper, Tanker, Troller) and less preferred ATs (Defender, Sent, Corruptor, Dom, Stalker), with VEATs at the bottom as least popular.
The level 29 Exploit Weakness: Damage/Range enhancement cannot be listed on the AH.
Dragging the enhancement onto the AH window results in it entering AH storage for ~half a second before popping back into my inventory.
Please, let's not pretend that minor clipping is either a huge problem or something new to Homecoming.
Instances of clipping have been in the game since live, and we're not talking about characters phasing through walls in this instance, either. A character being helpless to pass through a doorway that's 3" too low is far more immersion-breaking than clipping through those 3" for a split second as you move through.
PS: If this qualifies as too jank, I strongly caution you to stay away from base building or advanced costume design.
I don't think this is the case at all. Other servers have huge characters up to around 13' and there's no problem- the character simply clips through the top of any doorways that are too low.
Two things I've really found myself craving in the cosmetic customization department:
The ability to make EXTRA HUGE or tiny characters, simply by using the size slider. (~12' to ~1-2')
The ability to assign stance animations to the sprint toggle. So when the player turns sprint off, they use the "Stance" stance (or default), but when it's on, they use the "Sprint" stance. These could be set by adding the stance options under the sprint submenu in power customization.
Thanks a ton for all the work y'all put into this and thanks for reading!
