Hello, Does anyone use Combat Teleport? Or is there a good guide for it? I want to make a "Surprise" Tanker. I am thinking I would like to teleport up to a Foe to execute a PBAOE or another power.

I would said Kinetics/Energy Blast but I think you can make any powerset work.

Hello, this is my first time making a Tanker. I want to build Shield for Primary, but i am unsure of the secondary. Right now I am am looking at Martial Arts, Energy Melee, or Psionic Melee. Are there any good standouts from those?

This. Especially Conductive Aura. It will drain ALL of the endurance from surrounding mobs. Do you know what mobs do when they don't have any endurance? Nothing. They are "effectively" held. Boom....secret controller win.

Firstly Super-Thank-You. This is exactly what I needed. I have a corruptor that is going SS and Leadership. Your ratings are in line with what I was thinking of taking. Also this gives me some options for some of my other Alts.
