I see this topic was posted a while back,. While I was looking for the same sort of information, I wound up simply doing my own. So here's my Time/AR build. I wanted to have ample amounts of recharge to take advantage of Time Manipulation's buffs. I added procs to attacks to try to get damage into a respectable range. It doesn't come cheap, but this is the build I'm planning for the upcoming Justice Superteamers "Timey Whimey" team found here: Anyway. Here's the build I'm using. Looking forward to starting this Friday. After a little more thought, I decided to go with a defender and a pirate theme. Look for me as Pitchin Ketch, a TA/Dark defender.

Been out of touch during the holidays, but I'm back now. Thank you Psylenz0511 for getting this show on the road. I'm gonna go ahead and roll a new Defender for this. Is there any interest in sticking with a dedicated primary or secondary or just whatever? I kinda have my eye on Storm/*

Seems like Rad or Dark would have lots of synergy in and of themselves. Of course it might also be interesting to choose something sorta off-the-wall like Empathy or Pain and explore the possibilities.
