  1. From a perspective of a new/returning player. Endurance is far to much of an issue, it takes away from make enjoyment big time especially in low to mid levels as you aquire your last few powers. Example Axe with WP secondary. Both stamina and whatever the name of the WP power power that increases endurance recovery, I have both slotted with SOs all my Axe attacks are slotted with SOs endurance reduces and I still blow through it within 1.5-2 rotations and unable to attack. What ta he'll? How is this enjoyable?, finally you get your top powers only to not be able to use them because the endurance costs are do out of whack? I'm sure there will be plenty of veterans jumping in here having years of experience unlimited influance all sorts of enhancements sets bonuses telling me how this isn't an issue. Well I'm looking at it from a new/returning players perspective and I can tell you it takes away from the game enjoyment in a big way. From all the ways a game can be balanced this one is balanced around endurance starvation? Why? Powers have cool down already, on top we need to be endurance starved? I know not all power sets are as bad as this one, some are much more reasonable , but honestly this needs to be fixed and brought foen to manageable/enjoyable levels in my opinion. It's a game after all amd fun&enjoyment should be it's #1 focus not frustration. I like to hear from a log of NEW and ir Returning players mostly here rather them a poop loads of have it vets to share their perspective on the endurance issue.
  2. Honestly, I think you just like to argue in order to satisfy your owne ego and conveniently skip, omit and otherwise ignore other aspects of what I said that are actually feasible, are good idea and would provide another wat to play the game for many. Especially the vests that been here for years and could use a breth of fresh air. Go play Path of Exile for couple of weeks and see how they implement their leagues and see that they are extremely popular amd no one is losing anything by playing them.
  3. That's a very narrow, shortsided way of looking at it. Obviously if you create a server like this many issue such as farm sitting will need to be addressed. I'm not going to write up a 30 page brakedoem of all the changes and adjustments that should be made or need to be made if you ware going forward with something like this. Clearly it would need to be though out, scrutinized, tested and adjusted as you go forward so that it actually make sense.
  4. Ok, you don't like this idea, no issue. Go with the first one, upon death your took gets auto transfered to a server of your choice that you have pre-selected upon creation of that toon. I see very little downside to this, and for many it will become defects server of choice for creation of a new toon regardless of what server you ultimately you chose to end up on. This will sllowe you to try hard-core and test your skill, potentially make new connections with people from other servers while here, they could even add extra rewards per completing certain milestones on hard-core (not easily obtainable) such as special recipies and or enhancements, weapon and costume skins etc... A new reason for veterans especially to play the game, create more toons and live little on the edge while trying to obtain special rewards to for bragging rights etc...
  5. You should add in my opinion. Or at least elaborate and let me, snd averyone else that might decide to read it why you think it's such a bad idea. I respect your opinion, however I totally disagree with your snap judgment. Please feel free to elaborate and explain.
  6. How about if you die your character gets kicked out to your regular server that you pre selected for such action during the creation process?, alternatively it gets kicked out (auto transfered) to a random regular server for even more flavour to which then is bound. This is believe would allowe and even entice people to play hard-core and test their luck and skills with a very reasonable consequence to dying and simultaneously potentially over time populating some of the near empty servers. Might even bring more people in to the game or bavm in to the game. I believe if I remember correctly there are games out there that do this if similar type of thing right now.
  7. We don't need no changes, Devs, leave them tanks alone.
  8. I concur, no one likes big changes to their favorite toon, power set unless they are pure buffs. Especially in a superhero game, losing power or a perception of losing power will be frown upon and it might even result in a minor revolution!!!
  9. Hell, No, but if you want to see this game die faster then a new born gazela on savanna then keep pushing for homogenation to appease all you pvp min maxies
  10. Yes, must increase corporate profits at all cost. Even if it means siphoning all life out of life and humanity out of humanity. So long as the stock prices go up, who cares.
  11. Go play Division 2 if you are bored. Or the Survival DSL in Division 1, both main games are excellent with sophisticated AI that will challenge you, push you surround you and kill you if your not on top of your game. Game is much more co.plex, builds are much more complex. Etc.. I spend more then 3000 hours playing it. And still do.
  12. Significantly improve cave graphics, especially the first mission cave. Rework the tutorial and make it exiting and engaging, slowing you to hotter all the Start vendor items as you progress through it. Final mission being dfb or similar that you are auto questions for with all others completing the tutorial. If not enough people in tutorial the systems fills group with npcs. Ability to save your UI settings so you don't have to set it up every single time you make a new toon. -10% endurance cost globally to all powers. Would never balance or make pvp changes at the expense of pve enjoyment. Rework the top 3 least played O# and D# power sets. Brainstorm a way to advertise CoH far, whide and relentless. Use AI to modernise missions via voice acting interaction and improve NPC behavior along the lines of "Division 2" game. Query AI to help figure out a way to modernise CoH to entice more woman.as well as more players in general to play CoH. Add ability TOTAL FREEDOM, you can name your avatar whatever you like as long as it doesent enfridge on intellectual property triggering lawsuits, vulgar sexual names. With it add ability for players to right click on any player character and rename them if they don't like what they see( the renamed players tag will only appear to the player performing this action), Work with NC-SOFT on official relaunching of CoH, as well as best ways to monetizing the game without making it pay to win. In order to establishing a revenue stream and being able to start further development of the game including future expansions, modernization of graphics, physics etc...
  13. Glad I didn't start rolling Tanks, was just planning some builds. Back to Brutes, Crappers and Sents I guess.
  14. Ew small gonna suck. Unless you trying to go small so people don't suspect your gaming haha, because we know that stering at TV 5 hours per night is perfectly normal but God's forbid ( both old and the new) that you stare at a PC screen., surely the world will end. I play on a LG 45 inch ultra wide 240 he refresh ) sorry can't help you.
  15. First thing enable improved graphics and increase world and avatar detail from 100% to 200%, if you got a great PC thete is a way to jack it up to as high as 2000% if you want. Haven't tried that yet because I just found out about it and just like you I just came back few weeks ago. I had no idea this game was back up. PS: we need some kind of advertising!! If we are allowed to advertise that is. Community could chip in $$ ? To bring more people in?.
  16. Hey. How's going. Just want to say that after coming back to the game few weeks ago for the first time since live shotdown running the tutorial and later the first cave mission nearly made me quit the game all together due to the poor quality of graphics of the cave and the near total eary emptiness of the tutorial. I'm thinking how does a new comer to CoH see this and how many may give up before giving it a chance just based on these first impressions. Maybe it's just me, I don't know. But I'm wondering if we could maybe at least improve that cave and modernize it somewhat considering this is a very first indoor type mission any new player will experience. I apologize for my wowful spelling and typing. For anyone curious about the profile photo it's a Gemini generated image based on the instructions I gave it.
  17. I wish I could. As it stands I'm only home and able to play 1 week per month.
  18. All i ask is please don't ruin PVE by homogenizing the classes/powers and balancing everything to appease PVP MIN-MAXERS.
