Nope, just double checked because you got my hopes up that it was added within the past couple days. Energy Melee and Super Strength are still currently Brute/Tanker only with Stalkers getting a slightly different version of EM but no SS. Really? I could've sworn I saw SS on the Scrapper creation screen. Well, nuts.

Super strength is available to Scrappers now. Powerset proliferation baby! That said, Cap is definitely a Street Justice/Shield Defense Scrapper.

Question, if you exemplar below the level that you acquired a power in your build, do the set bonuses in that power go away? For example, if my /Dark Mastermind takes Shadow Servant at level 36, logically I would think that if you exemp below 36 and the power grays out you would lose any set bonuses too, so might as well slot level 36 set IOs into it. But if counterintuitively you still get set bonuses off of grayed out powers, you're still going to want to slot them as low as is feasible regardless of the level you added them to your build.

I was a Virtuite from launch day till shutdown. There my global handle was @Tiger Gold, here it's @Sable Phoenix. If anyone remembers me, it would most likely be on my Masterminds, Madame Scarlet (my main) or Metalworker, or my Tankers, Grotesquery (on whom I ran many successful Incarnate Trials back when coordinating them was hard to do) or Tiger Gold.

Well there are some instances at least where linking an image DOESN'T resize it. That's what my currently broken avatar is.

Ever since I first ran into them, the Malta Group have been far and away my favorite enemy group in the game. The way Indigo and Crimson introduce you to them is fantastic. I hadn't heard about them at all and I was like, "Who ARE these guys?! They're super tough and mysterious!", and I was hooked from that point on. I love the super-tech, black-ops secret society vibe they have going, I love their mechs, I love that they present even max level characters with a challenge if you aren't paying attention, that you have to plan each fight with them at least a little bit ahead of time or they will rapidly screw you over. I love the writing for their storylines and the feeling that you're delving into the shadowy underpinnings of the superhero world. No other enemies in the game come close to how awesome and fun they are and how satisfying it is to beat their bigoted secret-agent asses.
