I didn't notice the de buff resist for grant cover and easy swap in for One with the shield for me, that is really only an oh shit button I am rarely using. I totally hadn't noticed I was missing shield wall global boost. TheDarkeone, cheers for the full rebuild. Some parts I like but overall I don't like losing that much recharge and -res from the build. Totally a person preference thing though, same goes for GFS, I just don't really like the Attack, for a bit less DPA I prefer the AOE and procs from Frost. I'm going to nick the bits I like, lose a little recharge and move close enough to def cap without being exactly on it. I like the franken-slotting on Moonbeam! The tweak.   3. Okay she is all up to date. Current fastest recorded run goes to THUGS/STORM MM from Zeraphia, slowest goes to ELEC/SD scrapper from Munkilord! Caveats* There might be errors out here in there data. Its all been manually copied and I am a human so likely wrong in some places. I started out averaging peoples times of their runs when they posted a range of times, and anytime people entered an average I used this for their entry. By the end I was just taking the best time from people. I may have miss some posted times, again apologies am a human and sometimes I can't interpret all the words or simply miss stuff. Anything BIO stomps, at this point I get it people test some other powers already 😛 If you put your time in seconds I love you, at this point I have gotten quite good at knowing exactly how many seconds are in various times. It has been a fun distraction, I hope someone can make pretty graphs from this once its done.

  13. Very much appreciate the feedback, I was doing my testing on a lower leveled mob I was wondering why they went flying. yay more recharge. I think I picked tactics instead of assault for so my own hit would be enough for +4 mobs with boxing and slowed response, but I will have a play and see if I can handle a little missing. I'm not sure what I have done wrong in Mids but in game both Chrono and Hasen are prema without the FF proc happening, I can't seem to get mids to agree with the in game numbers though. Worked it out the timelord day job bonus is whats getting me over the line. Burnout is an interesting idea, I might give it a go at a later date. Thanks again! Added a couple of set bonuses, added in some more KD protection, a little more recover, and seeing as you seem to be keen to patch Psi res hole, did some more of that too. Oh and swapped out one enh in frag grenade to get you closer to hit cap for +4 content! Patching the KD has given you a tiny bit less def, but made up for in other benefits.   16. Cheers Uun, I really don't like the smaller range on Soul drain with power boost so I tend to avoid it, I'm hoping clarion radial will fill the void for me most of the time. Slowed response wise I was trying to get soul drain 3 levels earlier which is probably not that big of a deal so good feedback, I've shuffled that in at 35. Oh I totally see rookie mistake on my part re accuracy, I was seeing the numbers with all the buildup procs on didn't realise! I had wondered why I was missing in game sometimes! Its a general build, I mostly do random teaming, Itrial stuff (will once I get incarnates unlocked), taskforces etc. Its working fine, I had to do a little tweak as I was having end issues exemping so I added a little extra end recovery in there, with my Alpha I can't imagine any end issues.   21. G'day all, Coming back to the game and looking at a Dark / Fire Dom, I have plenty of cash from when I last played, is anyone able to help me with a build? Looking to get Per dom/ decent resistance. The part I am not sure of is what powers in Dark are worth getting for a Dom? Any help is appreciated.

  23. Quick question which is better in terms of damage? I notice a lot of builds skip fire blast and opt for flares. Is there a reason for this because at end game both end up with sub activation recharge times. In game I see flares with activation time of 1.0 and fire blast with 1.2 but more damage per activation. Thanks for your help!
