    2) Maybe even clean the story-arcs up a bit by removing unnecessary hunts and making the missions all progress in the same order so that players with the same contact can progress through the story arc together.

    3) Add a small merit reward for completing each story arc.

     

    This way players are incentivized to play up through the story arcs until they're done, at which point they will have enough reward merits to almost completely kit out their character with set IOs.

    I think we actually have one, though it's small, incomplete, and certainly not combat ready.  I'm referring to W.I.S.D.O.M.  the Korean superhero group that Mirror Spirit and Foreshadow are a part of.  I've stated it on the forums before: I'd like this group to be completed, and brought with vigor into the game.   But yes, foreign-sponsored groups would be a welcome sight, and would be a natural, given that Paragon City is ground zero for dimensional portal activity that affects the entire planet.

     

    Are you referring to something like the Techno-mages of Babylon 5's franchise?  Assuming I'm not making a now-obscure reference. 

    Would love to see W.I.S.D.O.M. added

    You missed it. While this guide is primarily about dark miasma, you can find some information on Necro. Initial blurb and purple text on the first post about necro. Then multiple replies throughout this thread with necro builds. Didn't update anything about necro to reflect the changes to necromancy, but they're not major other than some tweaks to slotting the two buffs. And maybe grabbing more than one attack to spawn more ghosts

    Honestly, just build for recharge with set bonuses. Illusionists don't get much aggro, and don't need to focus on defense or resists much. Recharge will benefit PA and empathy buffs.
