Ashwin Lannister puts you in the hospital

I'm not even sure if this is really a bug, but it's definitely weird. If you start a flashback with Ashwin Lannister as the contact, then use the crystal of ice and fire to teleport directly to him, you'll end up in the reclaimators inside the Independence Port hospital, instead of the lobby where Ashwin actually is.
