Therm/Fire is hard to make a proc build with due to the inherent lack of personal defenses, so I did not try. I went the traditional soul drain build instead. This doesn't quite have perma hasten, but heat loss and melt armor are (melt armor is 2 seconds away, but you get the -20% too). It is softcapped to melee and ranged. Take the agility alpha.

Notice the second shield (Plasma) and Thaw were both skipped.  Would you recommend taking those and then respec into this build down the road (as in endgame) when things like Clarion and a large inspire tray are available?  I'd also change up some things (level of the certain IO's) if I planned on much exemplar usage assuming nothing changed there while I wasn't looking.  Otherwise a very impressive build capping both Melee and Ranged as well as Smashing and Lethal Resistance (back by healthy amount of +def on both S/L)

Yes, this is a build for 50 so I would take the second shield lvling up. Thaw isn't worth it in my opinion. Use attuned IOs and then you can exemplar as much as you like, the only +5s I use in the build are not associated with important set bonuses.
