Is this a new billboard?

Today I spotted this in Brickstown, and I don't recall ever seeing this particular "ad" before.

I've seen it on Homecoming before, but I hadn't played on Live since 2009/2010'ish.  I don't remember seeing it (or the Clanket) back then.

That is a variation of the Billboard that won 2nd place for the Billboard Contest that ran from November 2010 to January 2011 on live.

Cool! I've seen all of those in-game except for the City of Gyros Grinder ad and the PCN ad. I always get a kick out of the "Clanket" 😄
