Khelds were dropped to one character at level 20 in I17. Required some pretty big back-end changes to do it, as I recall.

Not in i25, you can also change your alignment at null similarly to how you do in paragon chat, though he dosn't give you the gulliable badge,

would be nice if you added that little thing in if we ever do a revision to balance stuff from i25 to add most of the premium costumes, prestige powers, etc to reward gameplay,

back in the day you had to earn your epic archetypes, and your cape.

I had a kheldian back in the day, a balding, cigar-chomping hero in yellow spandex with red cape and boots/gloves... i cannot remember his name. i played him enough to hit white dwarf, not sure the actual level.
