Any suggestions on making it better or anything I missed?

I would slot static field more. You'll need those psi resists at higher levels.

 

To get the slots for static field I would drop Eviscerate. The power takes too long and breaks up your attack rotation.

 

There is a thread here about Eviscerate, if you want to read more about why you do not have to take it.

 

Otherwise, it looks good. Be careful when you do ITF, lots of negative energy damage.

So that thread pretty much, to how I read it, comes down to the animation is crap so dont take it?
Or did I miss something?

Im not 26 yet (pre-panning the build) so dont have it and I cant remember Claws from Live.
What would you put in Evisc place?
