I chose Bio/Psi because it seems that you don't see either of those sets much, especially together. It also fit well with a concept I am bringing over from another game. I usually play controllers/dominators, build those for recharge+damage and am pretty good at that. I do love tankers and one of my mains is a F3 tank, but I don't have much experience building for defense+recharge. It seems way more complex with like 10 different defenses and 8 resistances. Nothing fancy for this build, I would like to build in as much durability as I can get without completely hamstringing my damage. Below is what I have so far, and I still have some blanks in it because my brain started melting. Cost isn't an issue (I have a rich friend), so slot in whatever we need. Thanks so much!

You forgot one of the +3% defense uniques @VV.

 

Since no one answered I've put together what I'd use and maybe you can find some ideas in there. Maneuvers gives extra defense from the new changes but Mids does not reflect this yet.
