How come there are no badges in Kallisti Wharf?

To bad, I would liked to of had the chance to read each badge and got to know the history.

I'd love to know why they decided to call it Kallisti Wharf, my main character Kallisti Gold is adamant they named it after her, but then again she is a fame-obsessed tart 🙂
