Easy window scale command for *all* windows?

So I frequently play on a laptop with a smaller screen, (11.6"), so I use a string that I bind to a key, to shrink many of the commonly used windows down to about 80% of normal.  I'll then use the /window_resetall to put them back to normal for when I'm on my main PC, (also bound to a key).  Is there a command that will let me change *all* windows to 80%, instead of having to save a very long string to affect each one independently?  Thanks in advance!

Can't you just use the slider in the options window to set all windows to 80%, then /wdw_save_file with the small windows and have a bind to /wdw_load_file when you want to switch to the 80% scale?
