Hi there,

 

normaly you have to give us more information on what you want to do with your Stalker or what the Build goals are.

Will you be solo or in groups mostly, or even just duo?

It will be a lot more easier for us to help you if you could porvide us with a little bit more.

 

For your build, there are a lot of things that are not up to date with the new stalker version.

I would strongly suggest to look into my guide. Link to it in the signature.

 

I did take the powers that you selected (except for Forcussed accuracy, nobody uses it anymore) and just changed the slots/levels.

It ended up beeing a little bit expensive inf wise. if you are looking for a budget version of a endgame or leveling variant of ninja/ninja there is a version in my guide.

You'll want guassians in build up with low enough slotted recharge to proc 90%+ of the time you hit it.  

 

I think <70% is the breakpoint, but a lot of us just 1 slot build up with the proc and call it good.   

 

If you really need to use it like you have it, then get tactics instead of FA, and put it there.   It does fire a lot in tactics since its based on buffing teammates when used like that. 

 

It will almost never trigger in FA.

 

Plus FA is an end hungry mostly useless power that exemps at level 36 in this case ...
