Bicyclist NPCs

I've had a helluva time searching, so maybe my memory's just failing me, but I could have sworn someone suggested this in some other thread.  The idea of having some NPCs on the roads who are cyclists, just for that little extra bit of city flavour.

Obviously a huge undertaking for a 3D modeller, but it would be a nice touch, I think.

 

Also, the specific reason this idea popped in to my head:  I witnessed a cyclist in my city who had some portable speaker on their person, and they were playing a drum-and-bass beat that sounded suspiciously similar to the one which plays by "that one car" that drives around Kings Row.  You know the one!

(actually, I suspect that the car in question exists in multiple zones, but it just -feels- most appropriate in Kings Row)

In any event; it just struck me as amusing.  Some guy on a bike, listening to heavily sub-woof'd bass, which is usually reserved for a low rider with neon glow coming from underneath.

Also..new Blast and Armour sets..Unicycle Assault and Armour! Perk atop your very own, fully customizable unicycle, while engaging in heroic combat! Hurl insults, water baloons, plates, juggling balls and even CHAINSAWS at unruly villains! All while using your precise control of the unicycle to avoid damage. The Unicycle provides a movement and range boost, as you are faster than footsloggers, and can see over objects. Offensive capabilities have not been ignored either, as running into foes can knock them down, while knives can be bolted onto the pedals, allowing you to scythe through groups of villains!

Must implement debt from falling damage off of unicycle.  Only fair way to balance all those perks!
