NEW DAWN
This is kind of a last minute question before I get to bed really, I don't hesitate to think though that someone somewhere would of worked out something like this better than I could. I didn't get all the way with a lot of things. As the title says, any ideas worked out already please? Thanks in advance. Microcosm
If you mean for single target damage, I tested a procced out nova form WS a while ago, got about 200 dps against a pylon with no pets (pets die). That's lower than a procced human form can do, and much lower if that procced human form can keep the pets alive via taunt/maneuvers/whatever else (good luck with that though). 1 Inspiration maker's guide
NEW DAWN
That would be effective DPS on the pylon after incarnating? I wonder what it would say in Mids, did you keep a copy? Or perhaps have if you're private a gutted copy please? That's quite promising tbh. My plans require only Damage Inspirations in the insp tray as it is. Microcosm
It was incarnated and procced. I'll look to see if I still have it, but probably not. Not too hard to make one though with so few attacks, just proc up ebon eye, the t2 Nova blast and Nova cone, then use the entire rest of the build for recharge, damage, acc and end set bonuses to taste. 1 Inspiration maker's guide
NEW DAWN
I found my way upto 146, then looked for better but didn't keep tabs of how I got to 146dps, it was my highest. I should of kept tabs on incarnates. Microcosm
I found this build where I was just messing around to see if I could softcap range defense on Nova form. It is definitely not what I used for the pylon tests (don't have that anymore), but the proccing in here should be about the same as what I did. Note this build is terrible, just something I was having fun messing with. For incarnates, all damage all the time: Musc Core, Ageless Core or Radial, Degen Core, Assault Core. I never test with Assault Core turned on, but I generally have it slotted as the passive +damage. NEW DAWN
Thanks, my DPS it's now upto 156. Your listing of incarnates helped get me back and I had completely missed the glad proc which is toxic. It's amazing what all the +dam bonuses add up to. chi1701
How do you get to find out your dps?
NEW DAWN
You can use Mids builder for a theoretical dps, that's where I am, I take my attack chain, add up the damage done over the attack chain and divide by the time to do it. Ingame maybe a different experience. There is a DPS calculator in Mids under window for another way of establishing things in Mids but I don't know how good that is. You will have an effective dps that will differ whoever you attack. Hopestar
This will give you ingame DPS probably best of anything. It uses your combat logs to track it and doesn't track everything sadly.
