Praetorian Sewer Run?

I'm starting a Staff/Dark scrapper and feel like fighting lots and lots of ghouls.

 

Are there places in Praetoria where I can basically do an old school sewer run?

There is no counterpart "Ghouls from Below" in Praetoria, because Praetoria lacks Task Forces in the 1-20 Level range.

 

You can, however, street sweep underground sweep in Nova, Imperial or Neutropolis undergrounds.

There's a zone event in Neutropolis called The Great Escape which has plenty of Ghouls and Failed Experiments.  It requires you to pick the Loyalist option for the event to fight them, though, otherwise you're on the ghouls' side fighting the PPD.
