I know you posted this is 2020, but I was wondering if this setup will work for tanks as well and if it caps resists and defenses?

now im not the author but i feel safe to say no it will not scrapper builds and tanker builds are vastly different scrapper only has a 75% resist cap tanks get 90% resist cap along with brutes

a couple things tamers cap at 90% but they also start with a higher total in the powers for resistance don't remember what it is the scrapper type builds should get you close on a tanker but it is never goign to be 100% good luck
