2nd PC

I have Tequila installed on my main gaming pc. Runs fine. I installed it on my son's pc (same home network) and for some reason he cannot log into his account, even though I've gone through the same steps for his account as I did mine. Weird thing is, I can log into my account on his pc but he cannot? What am I doing wrong?

Are they able to sign into the forums?

 

And have they verified their email?

Able to sign into the forums yes. I'm not sure he got an email verification. The only email he received says:

 

"Thank you for registering at City of Heroes: Homecoming. Your username is XXXXX. If you forget your password, you may change it at https://score.savecoh.com/index.php?action=reminder.

Regards,

The City of Heroes: Homecoming Team."

 

That's it.
