This thing is the culmination of dozens of rebuilds, and is about the best I can do or have seen.

Feel free to critique if you like, I will take such seriously if they are merited.

Build looks great i'm assuming its for 50+ content only. I haven't played mine yet still levelling it up. I tried Flash once on live dropped it instantly and never took it again. I always take confuse with the full purple set in it can be a lifesaver. Same for Triage Beacon, any heal is a good heal especially in long av fights and its team friendly and entropic chaos proc...well it isn't. Probably better off with the 2 chance for heal procs slotted in health and stamina. I also took charged armour and power sink, ageless doesn't cover my end usage especially when you don't have access to it. And I like to have more acc+dmg in Blind the level 30 set isn't fantastic even boosted especially with no kismet/tactics but I haven't tried it with soul drain so maybe it's enough. I can't stand kb so Phanty gets a kb/kd slotted too. And I've never taken group invis even for that extra lotg rech the miniscule def feels like a wasted power to me. Hover can be more useful either that or tactics. And I always take ss over sj for speed runs/ghosting I don't like the constant toggle on and off of sprint/ninja run then toggle cj back on. As I said though I haven't played it at 50 yet so i'd like to know how yours is going in comparison.

I kinda had to readjust a little bit of stuff, but I rarely catch any aggro at all.

Last week I soloed Lusca, which was fun if time-consuming.

Yesterday, though, I managed to get an 1800 point hit on black swan with a trip mine... I was not sure how it happened, but I think the combination of proc, turret, weaken resolve, and reactive core combined with damage cap and containment, as well as all damage procs firing, led to knocking off a quarter of her health as a +4 AV!

Not sure if I have ever even seen a blaster hit that hard 🙂

To be fair, while Controllers have been getting bad press in the post-50 game, I have never been asked to leave a group, or refused entry into a group, when I was playing a controller. (unlike masterminds)

I mean, they DO get containment damage and an entire buff/debuff set, and with all the damned brutes running around SOMEONE has to deal with all that unfocussed aggro running around. The Brutes sure aren't.

Thoughts on Time Bomb, I noticed you didnt take it.

I had it for a while, and figured out how to leverage it at the beginning of the fight, but found that it meant I had to go in without shield drone, Phantasm, and PA to make it effective before I killed most of the stuff... and I was rushed to get out my traps and pets. It was really only useful when I was specifically hunting solo AV's and GM's, and even then it was of limited utility.
trip mines also has the same problem but is marginally more useful IN the fight... although I still don't use it much on high-level groups because even with capped defenses there are enough auras, stray aggro, and aoe's flying around that it is very often interrupted. I still have it for the big monster fights, but when marauder wastes 3 seconds of your animation with a hand clap, that is 3 seconds I COULD have been using to smack him in the face with uninterruptible powers or summoning more traps... and being that close means mezzes, and mezzes suck, even for illusion.
