-res proc IOs stack?

If I slot multiple IOs that have a chance to reduce resistance on enemies, will they stack if they all hit?

As I understand it, it depends. If they're different IOs, they'll stack, but multiple copies of Achilles Heel, for instance, won't stack with itself.

Achilles is the one I know best, and it doesn't stack with itself... But having that proc in more than one attack power *does* mean that you have more chances to smack the goons with it, just by virtue of having more opportunities for one of them to fire as you're attacking.

I believe Achilles Heel proc, will stack with Fury of the Glad proc, and Annhilation proc, if the the timing on their proc's overlaps.

'Pretty sure it *will* stack with the Fury proc, yeah. I haven't tried it with the Annhi on anyone yet. It just won't stack with itself. (The Annhiliation proc won't stack with itself either, as far as I know. I've just tinkered around with that one in multiples less often than the Achilles version.)

I can confirm one instance of Achilles will stack with one instance of Fury and one instance of Annihilation, for a total of -52.5% res (IIRC).
