Toon Not Showing Up Across Computers

So not sure what is causing this...but I have a toon that is clearly showing up under my account on one laptop...but if I login with same info on my other laptop, all of my toons except one are showing up in my list.

 

Not sure why that is

 

Any ideas?

sometimes the toon list gets jumbled and a toon can be "under" another one on the same slot. It's a front end file, but I'm not sure which one it is, which means it's stored on your computer not the server. this is why one computer does it while the other one doesn't. If you don't have that many toons, just try moving each one to a different slot in the list.

Yeah...tried that but the list still seems to be missing the one toon

you can try logging into the computer where the particular toon shows up. Move him to another shard, then check it on the other computer.

On the computer missing one:

 

Open your CoH folder, find the folder with your username and open it, delete playerslot.txt

 

This will force the game to reorder your toons into the order they were made and the lost one should show up.
