Little Dmg ticks from Tac Arrow/Glue Arrow?

Hey,

 

So last night I was duoing with my buddy's Archery/TA Blaster.  We were seeing something a bit weird, in that when he fired Glue Arrow at the mobs, we'd see little DoT ticks (each one like a single point of damage) on the affected mobs.  Any idea why the Glue was doing that?

Unlike Trick Arrow the Blaster version of Glue Arrow was changed to have a minor Toxic DoT effect.
