Unfortunately no. Homecoming does not have access to the original player database. If you want to be godlike, pick anything. If you want to be GOD, pick a TANK! You CAN, however import any costumes you've kept from the live game in .costume files, or from Sentinel+ downloads, if you have any of those. Homecoming: City of Heroes -- Want to play?
