Any other Plant Controllers notice that their Fly Trap is a dirty, dirty boy?

My Fly Trap must be absolutely filthy, because every time I cast a buff on him, a whole mess of dirt falls off his body. My secondary is Nature, and it happens if I hit him with Regrowth, Rebirth, Wild Growth, or Wild Bastion (I'm not high enough to take Overgrowth yet). But only if he's standing still, not if I cast on him while he's moving.

Your Fly Trap is probably related to a Bradford Pear tree. Eww...

Well it definitely happens with Overgrowth, too.

 

I'm pretty sure this is some kind of bug related to pets playing their summoning FX again after they've been summoned, because when I buff a Shivan they tend to disappear and emerge from the ground where they stand.
