Blaster /plant Wild Fortress

I'd like to request that Blaster's Plant secondary Wild Fortress visual effect have an option to have the leaves stay on the character. Currently it's a no-fx only and the visual effect is actually pretty good and non-invasive on your costume and decently color able.

Yeah, I wish I could have all the Nature Affinity vines and such appear on my character permanently, too.
