Tina Macintyre Arc

A lot of times, I blow through the levels 40-50 doing various things like task forces, radios, etc - with the intention of coming back at level 50 to do the PI arcs.

Tina is the one contact (there might be others) which you can out-level though.     I realize you can Oro the arc, but it would be nice if the level range for the arc could be 

extended to 50.

One might just not use xp boosters. I find that it's quite easy to do all the 40 content when I'm not zerging 😉

I agree with the recommendation, it just makes sense that any contact in a zone should be good for mission within the zones levels.

 

Thus any contact within PI should allow getting the mission.

I agree, and think it would be a good idea. I discovered Tina Macintyre's arc just after dinging 44 - almost outleveled her - while trying to find something to do while leveling up for Gaussian's arc in RWZ (he's level 45). I loved her arc, especially that final mission, and couldn't believe I never did it before.  As someone who prefers doing arcs while leveling rather than through Ouro if I can, I'd have hated to overlooked this gem during my leveling experience.
