"Get your vaccine from CDC" mission from Watkins Graveyard shift storyarc

I got the mission "Get your vaccine from CDC" from Watkins the graveyard shift story-arc, the problem was that it didn't/doesn't show the mission marker.  

 

For those wanting to find it without the marker for now here ya go:

To finish this you gotta find PPD Hazmat Commander, he's at Pathogens warehouse -->  596 yards west from south tram in Independence port
