Plaque missing in Abandoned Sewer Network

The Academic #3 plaque is supposed to be in the Abandoned Sewer network.  I've checked the location referenced in the Wiki pretty carefully and can't find it.  Was it moved or something?  Can't find a reference for that.

Are you confusing it with the regular Sewer Network?    fyi... having two identical sewer zones was always dumb

Best time to go for that plaque is the  abandoned sewer trial, that way you know you are in the right sewer

i found it. it is on the wall by badge 7 (Living Dark). near the steel canyon pipe area exit.  It is the sewer below the sewers

This plaque is driving me knucking futs! I can't find the plaque in the sewers where it's meant to be, and I can't access the abandoned sewers without doing a trial??  I took the taskforce from Mairenn MacGregor and it still isn't the abandoned sewer network?!  seems a bit of a waste of time tbh

Enter regular sewers, there should be a door on the right for the abandoned sewers.
