Add Provost Marchand missions to Flashback

Hey, Just finished the first mission of the Provost Marchand mission after reaching Earth Prime.  Realized I missed a badge and wanted to hit the mission again, but his missions don't show up in the flashback system.  Is there any way to get those added in?

They're already in Ouroboros, the arcs just can't be outleveled, so you have to wait until 50 to run them in flashback.
