There are plenty of characters I use haste for, but I feel like blasters often have enough attack chain options to not need the haste and it becomes one less thing to manage (and absorb enhancements). With the LoTG +recharge everywhere that can take it, some other set based recharge, along with agility alpha, there is plenty of recharge to go on with. I see a lot of people out there use haste on everything but it just seems unnecessary to me on this one.
